A MEDICAL RECORD ASSISTANT(MRA) is trained to collect, store, analyse the medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations. He/ She is trained on coding of diseases using standard classification, to prepare statistical reports for use by hospital staff, researchers, or other users. He/She Assists in managing the Medical Records Department , which plays a vital role in healthcare organization. The medical records(MR) are generated for all the patients entering a hospital/ clinic/ diagnostic facilities and many other healthcare facility. MR include socio-demographic details of patients, their family/ illness history, physical findings, investigation reports, diagnosis, treatment, medication, etc. management of this data which is very important for continuity of patient care. In addition it is also required for health insurance, statistics, research, healthcare administration, policy formulation, public health management, medico-legal purposes.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:12th Grade Pass with Science

Completed 2nd year of the 3-year regular diploma after 10th
Or
10th Grade Pass with 2 years relevant experience

11th Grade pass with 1 year relevant experience

Previous relevant Qualification of NSQF Level 3.5 and with 1.5 year relevant experience

A DEPUTY DUTY MANAGER (Patient Relation Services)[DDM] is trained to Manage in house operations to meet organizational objectives. He/She supervises professionals working in Hospital Front Desk and Patient Relation Services domain. They Support clinical, operational and facility services for smooth functioning, plan, perform and conduct training sessions for others regarding process compliance, initiatives, or promotions, Coordinate among various departments for effective resolution. They are imparted communication, team supervision, administrative support, crisis handling and customer services skills.
