Maj. Gen. (Dr) Jagtar Singh,VSM

Maj. Gen.(Dr) Jakhtar Singh, VSM, former Addl Director General Armed Forces, brings over 38 years of robust experience as a health care administrator in the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) and as the Head of Medical Services in corporate hospitals. He has successfully led diverse departments, including Healthcare Operations, Hospital Planning and Designing, Human Resource Development, Equipment Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning for Medical Services, Medical Education (Undergraduate, Post-Graduate, and Super-specialty), and Military Training within the AFMS. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Finance at the Academy of Hospital Administration (AHA). In addition, he serves as a consultant for NHSRC, a National Assessor for NABH and NQAS, and shares his expertise as a guest faculty member at IIM-Lucknow.
